Workshop FAQ

How can I take part in your workshops? What are the steps to be followed?

  • Visit the event page for the event you want to register. This is usually found on the list of upcoming events on the right side of our website
  • Use the sign-up option at the bottom of the event page to register for the event. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email
  • Send us an email with the following details - Number of People in your team, Name, Contact Details, Email, College, Dept & yr for all team members
  • Pay the fees for the event. This can be done in three ways - Direct Deposit into our State Bank of India Account(quickest & easiest way - details at the bottom of this page), Visit our office and Pay Directly or Send us a D.D favoring 'Simple Labs' payable at Chennai.
  • Once your payment is received you will get a confirmation email
  • You will receive a confirmation call before the day of the workshop to reconfirm venue and timings
  • On the workshop day, come directly to the venue at the time mentioned
  • How can I pay through Direct Deposit at SBI?

  • Visit your local SBI branch. Fill out a cash deposit challan for the (fees amount + 25/-) using our account information. Deposit the amount.
  • Get the counterfoil from the bank and keep it in safe custody(you need to bring it when coming to the workshop).
  • Send us an email / call us notifying of the details of payment - which branch did you deposit in, what date and what time you did the deposit.

  • Will I get a certificate?
    Yes all our workshops come with a certificate for every participant.

    Do I need to get anything(bonafide, etc) from the college?
    No. Nothing of this sort is required. Our Workshops are open to all with interest and passion.

    I'm not a student, Can I attend your Workshops?
    Of Course, you can. Our Workshops are open to all members of the genral public with interest in and passion for learning technology.

    I've registered and paid my fees but I'm unable to attend. What should I do to cancel my registration? Will I get a refund?
    Don't worry, All you need to do is send us an email stating the same. We will refund your fees amount minus a processing fee of 200/- and any additional cost(dd charges / courier , etc) acquired in giving you a refund.

    Can you conduct an In-House Workshop in Our College?
    We would be glad to do so. Get in touch with us to see how we can work on this.
